Need to protect your iPad? Gear4 has some options for you

If you recall, we talked to you about Gear4 when we talked about iPhone cases (here and here). Well, they’ve got all sorts of protection for a number of devices, but we’ll still with the Apple ones at the moment. Why is that? Well, two of their newer cases – which were announced at CES2020 – are now being carried at your local Verizon shop (as well as available online) so you can see them in person.

Get your typey-tappy on with the Libra iPad Pro keyboard

The iPad pro is definitely one of the more powerful tablets out there. With it’s pen support, larger screen, and additional capabilities that come with that hardware, there could certainly be a temptation to use it as an ultra-lightweight laptop replacement. If you’re planning to do any sort of writing (text, code, whatever) I’m guessing the pen input is not what you want. For that, you want a keyboard. Well, how about a keyboard that makes the iPad Pro look almost like a MacBook, complete with trackpad? That’s what the Libra keyboard is offering up.

This isn’t any old iPad dongle – it’s the BoltHub

You may have noticed a bit of a pro-Apple slant in our coverage as of late. Some of that is due to the hardware each of us most commonly uses in our daily life (and our day jobs), and some of it also has to do with the clever innovation going on. While non-Cupertino devices offer a lot of flexibility, I’d say Apple devices leave a lot of room for the aftermarket to come up with interesting solutions. One of those is the BoltHub.
