A $79 mechanical keyboard? Why not

There are keyboards and then there are mechanical keyboards. Mechanicals are clacky monstrosities that sound like jet planes taking off in Zoom calls and they make you seem like a real hacker. So when you can grab one for $79 why not jump at the chance?

Just as laptops have become more and more powerful – and able to supplant desktops for all but the most intensive tasks – tablets have come a long way, and for many uses, can actually take the place of a laptop. Now Funding: the Keychron K12

We like mechanical keyboards here at Knapsack. While I didn’t get it at first, once I started using one, I came around. I mean, it just feels like you’re GETTING THINGS DONE (TM) when you use a mechanical keyboard. I’m sure gamers have their reasons, but for me, doing database code and writing emails, it just is a satisfactory experience, in terms of feel and sound. Well, crowd favorite Keychron is back with their latest, the Keychron K12.

Get flashy and clacky with the Corsair K60 RGB PRO

There is no doubt about it – we here at Knapsack like our keyboards. While John and Victor already knew the joys of a mechanical keyboard, I wasn’t quite sold on it – at least, until I tested ones from Das Keyboard and Vortex. One of these days, something that lights up is on my radar to test drive, which is why this new Corsair K60 RGB PRO caught my eye.
